A question for the South Africans have emigrated.?
Have you found a special place you want to share with others? What the advantages and disadvantages of living there? I'm living in southeastern Spain, Almeria province, Andalusia. Advantages – excellent for all weather all year, outdoor lifestyle similar (braais – no real braais barbecues), and easy to travel cheap, good value for money (food, clothing), safe, Aggressive but relaxed healthy environment does not. Disadvantages – distance from the family in SA and the cost to get there, the difficulty of finding skilled jobs (the South African are independent anyway), learn a new language, adjusting to a new system and culture, Spanish drivers, noisy neighbors.
