Why i snowing in Andalusia (Spain)?
Why is it snowing in Andalusia (Spain), where I was last week swimming in the sea in the same area.
Well, now I have no data for Europe, but my guess is that a significant shift in the jet stream as it was here in the United States. A large ridge of high pressure on the newly developed North Atlantic near Greenland, forcing masses cold air southward over the North American and European continents.
