Casa De Carmona Hotel near Seville
La Casa De Carmona Hotel has been described as one of the most exclusive and elegant hotels in Spain. It is a restored palace 16th century to a small hotel of character, with 33 rooms in the old town atop a small hill, walled and picturesque town of Carmona, just 20 minutes Seville and 15 minutes from the airport and stay to what to stay in the house of a Spanish nobleman with good taste.
Our first sight of Carmona, and the House Carmona was on the afternoon of driving towards Seville. We saw what looked like an old walled city perched on a hill, and immediately I could imagine at the time medieval farm to the hordes of invaders.
Finding the hotel itself was a bit difficult through the narrow streets of the city, but it was worth the effort. I was very concerned about the parking and unloading of Chrysler Voyager, but soon discovered that the Casa de Carmona is different. The narrow streets leads to what appears a parking impossible, but suddenly there was a porter that I can park my car, and a boy from the hotel, dressed in shorts and socks, who took our luggage to our room.
A lovely lady receptionist welcomed us at the door of the hotel, and not only taught us to our room, but throughout the hotel.
We stayed in room five is closer to the pool and very romantic too. If you are looking for a weekend retreat ideal, perhaps impress a lover, or better yet a honeymoon level, then you have found your destination almost perfect. You can be sure discreet private life in a place where refined taste is almost a word bye!
First impressions are still alive, and entered the house through a yard deep red Terracotta, which leads to the reception area realize this is different. A second patio, filled with large potted plants and decorated with rich colors itself forms the central focus of the hotel. There are lush plants, marble colonnades, fragrant flowers, birdsong and the soft murmur of fountains. A romantic patio with a formal walled garden with an exquisite dream pool fed by five sources.
This is an oasis of tranquility, and while it may be lacking a bit the luxuries of a first class hotel, you'll know you have found a jewel.
After looking around the courtyards and gardens will end up in the library and a free drink at the bar. The greatest joy is that the maid will unpack for you if you want, and you can leave your shoes outside your room to be polished, all you need do is ask the receptionist.
The hotel's common areas are around the central courtyard, with a chess room, and library; are a little more formal, and could almost be a museum of antiquities. However, the? Lodge? Beside the pool is quite clear and brighter. and everything you expect in a luxury hotel, you will also find a variety of books and magazines to read, a VCR and a stereo to play and hundreds of DVDs and CDs enjoy. However, this is definitely a hotel for people who like to relax on the patios, shaded from sunlight, and smell the aroma of orange and jasmine. The world 21st century rapidly appear far away.

Is everywhere the same aristocratic elegance, carefully selected pastel colors (blue and pale green for the most part) and a generous range of antique furniture, including desks cabinet, ornate mirrors, brass lamps, and a tall hat. Is the limit of the rancid, but a number of modern facilities remains real: hi-fi, air conditioning, video, ambient lighting. A mirror hidden door leads to an impressive large bathroom with elaborate brass faucets and shower heads wide, double sinks, green and terracotta walls. It would be fair to say that the line can warble, and the paint is a bit faded, but somehow all add to the glamor.
The restaurant is located in the space that used to be the stables of the palace. The size fresh white horses looking eerily reminiscent of his past.
In the old paintings, chairs, glassware are all in keeping with the hotel.
Breakfast is between 8.00-11.30 hours, and is a great buffet of pastries, fruit, ham, cheese and cereals, which are attended by waitresses in maid costume country. Lunch is between1.30-4.30 PM, and dinner 8.30-11.30 hours when there is plenty of choice Andalusian snacks, soups, seafood, stews, meats, cakes, fruit and cream desserts
If you choose to eat out, the San Fernando (in the square of the same name) and La Ferrara (attached to Hotel Alcazar de la Reina) is recommended.
Summary
The Casa de Carmona is right for anyone looking the charm and tranquility, with a predominance of British and American couples.
Despite a 12 stay free in parents? Of rooms, this hotel only serve to calm and sophisticated young adults, and definitely not for young children.
It is an ideal base to explore Seville, and a week would not be too long
La Casa De Carmona will give you peace and quiet, a great comfort. The town of Carmona is a jewel, but has many hotels and downtown, there are large gardens, but if it is a romantic dalliance you're after, then look no further!
