In Spanish the word venga means come on?

but in Andalucia it can also mean goodbye. Is this just Andalucian slang or is the same meaning universal in Spain

“Venga” means “come on”, but it can also be used as “goodbye”, not only in Andalucía, but here in Galicia we use it too (depending on the place).
