A brighter future for real estate in Marbella

The Marbella property market now sees the future with more optimism. The newly elected City Council initially approved the new master plan on July 19.

For the past few years there has been considerable uncertainty as to the legitimacy of many of the villas, built houses and apartments in Marbella last year. This was due to the fact that the previous City Council granted licenses that are contrary to planning Marbella above.
