Spain: enclaves vegetarian?

Okay, so we are still working on our honeymoon to Spain. We could go to Barcelona + Andalusia, or perhaps Barcelona + Canary Islands. Moreover, there is nothing written in stone yet, so maybe we will do something completely different. I pose a question: is there a vegetarian to use particular areas of Spain? Perhaps the areas that are vegetables to use due to an immigrant population, or simply a progressive city where vegetarianism has become popular? I'm vegan and my boyfriend is ovo-lacto vegetarian, vegan foods preferred for health reasons.

There are a lot of Spanish dishes you might have in common a restaurant … Such as: "Spanish Tortilla: potatoes, onions and eggs. (Good for a lacto-ovo-vegetarian). Paella, vegetables (instead of meat or fish with vegetables add more variety) .- Potatoes Bravas to wild or, these are boiled or fried potatoes with a sauce picante.-Salads, Spanish … eat plenty of salads, especially lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, shredded carrots and sometimes corn, beets, hard boiled eggs, tuna and olives. Just tell them not to add anything not veggy.-Tudela lettuce hearts … these are small hearts of lettuce, usually served with olive oil, vinegar and a little chopped garlic (often a little fried garlic) .- Gazpacho (cold soup made of tomatoes, peppers, bread, cucumber, garlic, vinegar and oil). Rice pudding … milk rice pudding with cinnamon. There are dozens more dishes for you to choose from … Regarding Vegetarian Restaurants … You will find more than a dozen in Madrid. More half a dozen in Barcelona, and most good-sized Spanish cities will have at least one or two …. Then I have a list of all (or at least most) vegetarian restaurants in Spain (sorry not in English, but at least you have the address, etc) http://www.restaurantesvegetarianos.es/
